Pipe Restoration Technologies Announces International Expansion of its ACE DuraFlo and ePIPE Brands

Las Vegas –(Business Wire)–

Pipe Restoration Technologies, LLC (“the Company”) announced today that it has entered into 3 separate agreements for deployment of its ACE DuraFlo(R) and ePIPE(R) brands in Europe, Mexico and Latin America.

The Company expanded its already existing licensing agreement in Spain with the completion of a master licensing agreement for Spain with ACE DuraFlo España. Over the past year ACE DuraFlo(R), ePIPE(R) operations in Spain have grown to include service centers in Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza and Pamplona.
 

The Company also entered into a license agreement with The Environ Group (“Environ”) headquartered in Monterrey, México. Environ will distribute ACE DuraFlo(R), ePIPE(R) and its related products to its already established 8 service centers located throughout North Eastern México.
 

Additionally, the Company has entered into an agreement with ACE DuraFlo(R), Panama who will establish a Latin American training and service center in Panama City.
