Early in the life of this world class facility, the property engineers found evidence of water leak in the copper pipe supply lines servicing the building. In July 2000, an engineering report was commissioned which helped in part to identify the extent of the pinhole leak damage to the piping system. The recommendation was to replace the building’s entire copper piping system (performance of a copper repipes).
